Theory of Hate is metal. It's aggression coupled with musical talent here to provide pure metal entertainment and soul release. "Music is our release. We all work hard every day going through life but when we get on stage it's go time." Theory of Hate uses its music to bring that same sort of release to the listener. It provides an energetic charge that brings the listener to peak energy. It's metal bliss.

While metal may be about aggression and the band may be called Theory of Hate, that doesn't mean there is not humanity here. Things like friends and family are huge inspirations for Theory of Hate. Fans too offer musical motivation. Other bands also offer inspiration to the band's membership. In short, "...All the people that stand behind us and support us, and all the bands that we meet and play with." In fact, Theory of Hate has a great deal of inspiration for the scene and finds inspiration in that fact, as well. "The fact that the music industry is coming together so much that it's like we're all one team... That's really inspiring." Inspiration can come from all directions and the listener can hear it in every rich drop of sound from a Theory of Hate song.

Theory of Hate is a motivated band and the creative process is constantly on the move. Such a challenge is just the kind of thing for a band as skilled and passionate about music (and its fans) as Theory of Hate. Recording is also an ongoing process. The band is very DIY with this angle of their work. They do all of their own recording and producing at the drummers studio. The band released their first full length, 10-Song album: "Puppets In Blood" on March 1st, 2008. "This is what we love to do, and it is just the beginning."

"Theory of Hate's music captures the aggression expected of modern metal and does so with panache and originality" - A&R Select
