Manifest Frequency (MFQ) is the alter-ego of Dr. Dawn Cook. Originally based in Atlanta, GA, Dr. Dawn & MFQ returned January 2008 to her hometown in North Carolina to rebuild and re-create Manifest Frequency following a dramatically life changing year in 2007.
