Jeffry Rott is a 55 year old musician, songwriter who started playing music at the age of 15. In 1971 he came to a belief in Jesus and started writing songs about his newfound faith.The Jesus Movement was in full flower and he was living with the Philadelphia Jesus People. He formed his first band there called "Light of the Son".

Over the years he has played with Christian and non-Christian bands .

I play guitar,bass,keyboard and drums on most of the songs.

The songs are recorded on a Fostex FD-8 hard disk multitracker.I use a Behringer SL3242FX Pro mixing desk, M-Audio keyboards with a Roland S-330 sampler ,E-MU Proteus 1 sound module,and an Apple Mac computer,Alesis Reverbs ,M-Audio BlackBox guitar amp modeler ,Digitech FX ,Fender,Dean,Kramer,Microstar,Kay,Washburn, guitars and basses ,and other
