BIO:

When she was six years old, Frankie knew she wanted to be Dolly Parton AND Elvis Presley. She grew up hearing music that "grabbed you from the heart" at home. Her father played guitar and sang; her mother played and harmonized. Cousins would visit to pick with her parents and Frankie would fall asleep listening to everything from George Jones and Merle Haggard to Elvis. Her sisters are musicians, too.

"I like to do the stuff that touches me," she says. At a show you'll hear some covers--Janis Joplin, Nickleback, Alanis Morisette--a bit of everything. But all her recordings are original music, strong poetry, sweet and close harmony, storytelling. She loves the energy flow when the audience gets into it, grabs on and feeds it back to the band.
